Registration Instructions

Login with your username and password to start your background check. Click on "Create New Account" if you are new to the Affinity system.

The background check process must be completed in one session. The system will timeout after 10 minutes of inactivity at which point you will not be able to login to finish the process.

Club Admin and above can edit instruction. 
Only Use  EDIT | NEXT |PREVIOUS   to setup all instructions on all pages. 
When editing instruction, please don't click or change other sections on the page.

NEXT -- Move to next page to edit instruction.
PREVIOUS -- Move to previous to edit instruction.

some of the family are players, some of the family are team admins or 
volunteers, then check all applicable registration type checkboxes here. 
If a registration type checkbox is not available, this is because it is 
closed for that registration type.
